Hello friends, and happy Canadian Thanksgiving! (I’m there, in spirit.) It’s around 80% humidity right now, so I feel like I spoke a little too soon a few weeks ago about “cold, brisk, weather,” as my apartment floors are sticky with condensation.
I also have a confession to make: I still read my temperatures in Celsius. I know. It’s been 4 years. I was so adamant on keeping Celsius for the first 3.5 years that the intuition of Farenheit got lost a little. (Celsius just makes so much more sense. Sorry, guys.) I’m all right with miles, because Google Maps automatically switched from metric and I was too lazy to change it back.
Week 1 of Inktober just finished yesterday, and it’s been great. So far. Some of my favourites are down below – all sketches were made with Copic markers, Faber Castell fineliners and/or Staedtler triplus fineliners. And a really, really amazing Pentel brush pen that might be the best brush pen I’ve ever used.
