It has been a looooooong time! I am alive at last. I know I haven’t updated in a while, but we should be back to our regularly scheduled programming, i.e., once a week.
Since last time, I’ve:
- Graduated with a B.Sc. in Neuroscience!
- Been working, and then spent the past few months with my nose buried in books cramming for the MCAT. And then repeat.
- Pretty much it.
My parents and my sister flew down from Vancouver to come to the ceremony. It was a four-hour ceremony and for the majority of the time, I was focused on not wiping out when I crossed the stage. We had an absolutely fantastic speaker, Bryan Stevenson, who caused the crowd cheer feverishly during and after his speech.
George Lucas was there! That was probably the part my sister was most excited for… And several Deans jokingly shaded him while they presented their graduating students. Our President Ronny D delivered, as always.
My family and I went to New York City after graduation, and, of course, it had to be documented. Part 1 is below.

OH WAIT I also am watching Westworld and I have many conflicted feelings about Season 2.
